This is an independent print making project. I chose to explore the River Fitzroy in Australia as my source of inspiration. The power and speed of the river fascinated me. The chaos in which water operates is what I have tried to represent within these prints. They are completed by painting on a blank screen which is then printed. This allowed me to paint freely and gesturally, mimicking the way in which the river operates.
