MISS CIVILISATION

Imagery comes to mind as soon as you read a piece of text.

This imagery is your mental interpretation of the text and is what connects the reader to a piece of writing. Building upon this, we removed the dialogue from the play and replaced it with images that we visualised from reading the text. This gives the book a new dimension. Images tell the story so that the reader can infer a narrative instead of creating this imagery in their own mind. The stage directions are used to add humour and to guide the reader through the changes within the text. This is a book guided by visuals that are open to interpretation, making each person's reaction to the book different.

It is a play without dialogue, taking the form from the play into a pictorial representation instead. Taking the original text beyond its intentions.m a paragraph. Click here to add your own text and edit me. It's easy.
